Primitive Folk Art Raggedy Ann "Prim Patriotic"

This little 14" Annie is perfectly sweet in prim patriotic homespun. She is made from stained muslin with painted, stitched and shaded features. Annie has red wool needlefelted hair and painted red socks and black shoes.

Annie is dressed in a cotton star bodice dress with crocheted color, homespun flag skirt and homespun striped pantaloons that match her hair bows. Tied to her hand is an altered art patriotic hang tag and pinned to her dress with a rusty prim pin is a metal "Liberty" sign.
Annie was made from a pattern by Maureen of Sweet Meadows Farm.
