Primitive Folk Art Raggedy Elf "Baby Owen"

Owen is the sweetest little elf boy and so happy to be out in the nice weather. He is made from stained muslin with stitched,painted and shaded features. Owen has needle felted wool hair under his felt hat with a bell. He is dressed in a cute elfin print tunic and Michael Miller "Snow day" print short pants. His little elf shoes are painted and I have given him an elf hang tag.
Owen is perfect for a mantle , office cubicle or Christmas display and only 10" tall seated . .. thanks for looking!

Primitive Rustic Little Black Girl Doll


"Up for your consideration today is this primitive black rustic little girl. She is just adorable. She has stitched, pinned and penciled facial features, with 100% sheeps wool for hair. She has lovely looking primitive eyes. She is made of muslin and measures approx. 13” in height. She is wearing a nice primitive handmade dress, which really gives her that old tyme worn look of yester year. This doll will come signed, dated and will make a great addition to any collection. Primitive Snowman Ornies Tucks Christmas

"Today's Auction is for a three piece set of Snowman Ornies. The bowl and contents are not included. I handcrafted them using a pattern my Tennessee Ridge Primitives. I made a few alterations to suit my taste.
The Snowmen are made from cotton muslin. I firmly stuffed them and handstitched their faces. They were then stained for a very prim appearance. The hats are made from homespun and cotton batting. Grungy cheesecloth was used for the scarfs. I added rusty safety pins and bells down their front. When finished they were sprinkled with fine glass glitter.
Each Ornie measures approx. 7' tall by 3 1/2' across. They were made in a smoke free home.

Handmade PRIM SNOWGIRL DOLL in Candy CANES

"Hi and Welcome to my Auction. Up for bid is a ADORABLE Snowgirl that is all handmade by me. She is made from dyed muslin and has black bead eyes and stitched smile and felt carrot nose. I have sewn her dress from a cute blue fabric with little candy canes all over it and she has bloomers to match her dress.

She has a Blue Fleece Hat and Scarf with Candy Cane Button on the Hat. Her bottom is weighted so she sits very well. She is 15' head to toe.

Primitive Snowman Icicle Ornies

I am so excited to start listing this week my handmade primitive Christmas ornies and tucks! I will be listing new items daily, so make sure to check back often!!
These are new for 2009! These cute icicle snowmen are made from unbleached muslin, stained and baked and then color washed white. They are nice and warm in their stocking hats and homespun scarf. Faces are hand painted. Measures 9-1/2 inches tall by 2-3/4 inches wide. Price is for ONE tuck!

All my tucks and ornies are made to order, currently taking 3-5 business days to make and ship.

Primitive Folk Art SnowGirl "IceCream"

Ice Cream is made from stained/painted muslin. She is Dressed in a sweet Red Rooster snow man fabric and red felt hat. Her feet are painted and she has muslin slippers.

Her little Carrot nose is made from painted, stained, and shaded muslin and her mittens are painted as well.

Primitive Black Cat Shelf Sitter

This cute long-tailed kitty is made from unbleached muslin, stained and color washed black. Rubbed in cinnamon. Eyes are hand stitched. Nice orange and black scarf tied around his neck. He sits on a little grapevine wreath covered in Spanish moss and adorned with orange pip berries. Measures 8-1/2 inches tall by 5-1/2 inches wide. One of a kind!
